JAYDEN Ralph

Jayden started his insurance career when he joined AJB Insurance in February 2018.
For the first 4 years whilst he was studying, Jayden managed our domestic portfolio and became a specialist.
He completed his Tier 1 studies in February 2022, resulting in him becoming a qualified Insurance Broker.
He is now managing a small portion of our domestic portfolio; mainly focusing on small to medium enterprises whilst he studies to become Diploma qualified.
Jayden looks forward to expanding his knowledge within the commercial insurance space.

Chris redlich
Claims manager
With over 25 years of experience in insurance claims, Chris has worked in both Australia and the UK gaining a great amount of knowledge in a variety of claim types. He’s is also Senior Associate with the Australian Insurance Institute, has a Diploma in Financial Services (General Insurance) and is Tier 1 Broking qualified.
Chris has strong customer service ethos and will work with you to ensure a fast and smooth claims experience is had and that you are kept informed along the way.

Rachel is the newest employee at AJB Insurance that started in early 2022.
She completed her HSC at Good Samaritan Catholic College in 2021. Rachel has worked at McDonalds for the past 4 years and worked her way up the ranks to be Crew Trainer.
Rachel has already enrolled in an insurance traineeship with AJB Insurance and we look forward to seeing her grow in the coming years.
